Project & Design Engineer

1. Plan and manage project implementation and construction of project works to meet all requirements.

2. To manage the project to be-cost effective, on-time delivery, achieve required quality standards and fulfill client's expectation.

3. Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations prescribed by the company and relevant authorities.

4. To attend the client and consultants meetings, site meetings and other meetings as may be required.

5. Ensure documentations are compliance with Authorities' requirements for submission and approval.

6. Advise Superior or Management of potential problems, work interference or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts.

7. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Superior.

8. Regular update of project status to Superior.

9. Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, certification bodies, suppliers, subcontractors for engineering design, documents/drawings submission and approval, testing and commissioning tasks.

10. Conduct basic design for water and wastewater treatment.

11. Compliance established Authorities' design guidelines and procedures.

12. Able to read and understand design drawings and construction drawings.

13. Perform field surveys and investigations to prepare engineering drawings.
 

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 
• 3 to 5 years' experience in Water / Sewage / Wastewater.
• Familiarity with PC software packages typically associated with Engineering and Construction such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCad, etc.
• Willing to travel outstation for short-term or mid-duration work posting.
