Job Responsibilities:
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact person for all existing clients within the contract logistics division.
- Increase Stickiness and Identify Growth Opportunities: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for organic growth through cross-selling and upselling.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, handle new quotation requests, negotiate contract renewals, etc.
- Source New Opportunities: Research potential clients and decision-makers, establish rapport, and arrange meetings to explore business opportunities.
- Utilize Data to Address Needs: Interpret internal and external data to understand potential customers' needs and propose appropriate business solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Track and update opportunities in the sales pipeline, including revenue, profit, and timing details.
- Participate in Industry Events: Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to find potential customers and promote company services.
- Achieve Revenue and Profit Goals: Close prospective accounts and meet monthly targets for new revenue and profit.
- Lead Response to Requests for Information/Quotation/Proposal: Develop responses to RFI/RFQ/RFP opportunities.
- Liaison Between Stakeholders: Act as a bridge between customers, suppliers, landlords, and internal teams.
- Develop Annual Business Development Plan: Create a yearly plan based on targets set by headquarters.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a degree or above in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or related disciplines.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Logistics or Supply Chain industry for Executive role & 5 years of relevant working experience for Manager role
- Preferably with hands-on knowledge in warehousing, handling, and transportation operations.
