CNC Machinist

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate CNC Milling and Turning machines to meet production, quality, and safety requirements.
2. Perform machine setup, tooling preparation, and first-piece inspection before production.
3. Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.
4. Edit and adjust CNC G-code, tool offsets, and machining parameters when required.
5. Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.
6. Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and tool replacement.
7. Monitor machining quality and resolve minor machining issues.
8. Follow SOPs, quality management system requirements, and safety regulations.
9. Maintain 5S standards and support continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements

1. SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Machining, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of CNC machining experience (Milling and/or Turning) fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if training is provided.
3. Knowledge of CNC machining processes, cutting tools, and precision measuring instruments.
4. Basic understanding of quality standards and workplace safety practices.
5. Good communication, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.
6. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
7. Fluent in English Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.
