Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account Executive / Assistant Finance Manager

Responsible for Full set of Accounts, data entry and daily accounts recording functions.
Maintain an accurate and reliable set of financial accounting records, processes and other supporting records.
Bank facilities – Hire Purchase / Term Loan / Debit Card – handle new applications and timely monitoring and repayments of existing commitment.
Inventory – arrange import of inventory and monthly stock count.
Maintain daily cash & bank position updates and monthly bank reconciliation.
Assist in liaison with auditor, company secretary, tax agent and internal audit.
Liaison with banks on banking documentation, application and treasury related matters.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by management from time to time.
To maintain a proper filing system for accounting records related documents.
Assist in Human Resource matters and payroll.

9am - 6pm
5 days / week
Monday - Friday
