Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Operations Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and project management skills, as well as a passion for utilizing technology to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and manage remote operations activities to ensure smooth workflow and communication. 2. Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve operational processes. 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and deliverables. 4. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. 6. Provide support for any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
