Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our team as a waitress. As a waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patrons while taking and delivering food and beverage orders in a timely manner. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with patrons regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
