Mobile Developer Lead - Growth-Minded Organization

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Architect and develop scalable, robust, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and share knowledge with junior members of the development team.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and responsiveness to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in mobile development, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure the stability and reliability of mobile applications.
• Work closely with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate application functionality and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin.
• Extensive experience with mobile frameworks and technologies such as UIKit, Android SDK, React Native, or Flutter.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architecture concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications that meet or exceed performance and user experience expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
