IR - Disciplinary

• To support HRM in managing relationships with employees, ensuring consistency and aligned with company procedure.
• Good knowledge on Labour Law.
• Conduct domestic inquiry, suspension, charge sheet, panel selection, meeting minutes, report for management approval.
• Liaising with labour/IR Department and other authority.
• To be more data driven, provide statistics and create better monitoring system Employee consultation/counselling.
• Conduct briefing to all DL groups, tea talk and new updates.
• Maintain disciplinary master list.
• Conduct pre-liminary investigation.
• To monitor MC, lateness and absent.

Administration

• Letters/Memo/Poster/Filing.
• To provide exit interview statistics.
• Developed and maintain policies, procedures and guidelines for employee relations, discipline, performance management, nursing room, uniform, dispute resolution, etc.
• To provide statistics on grievance issue.
• CCTV checking (night shift).
• ESS Survey (yearly).

Uniform/Jump Suit/Booties/Shoes

• To provide usage statistics and data readiness.
• To ensure enough stock level.

Audit

• Internal & external.
• To represent data based on grievance issue.

CSR/NTM Care/ER Program

• Proactively and creative to think new activities.
• Handle many activities before.
• Experience in handling tea talk with workers & handling long service award.

Training Orientation

• To provide slide with video recording on disciplinary and procedure.
