Sales Manager, Real Estate - Urgent Role

On top of basic salary, attractive step-up commission package for every successful transaction!

Candidate must show proven track records of transacted residential sales.

Reporting to:

Director, Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales effort in Malaysia and extend out to foreign investors and high net worth individuals
• Generate/convert sales lead to transactions on monthly basis
• To handle sales enquiries (phone and walk-in)
• Collaborate and work closely with agencies for sales activities
• Sales execution and its marketing strategies in a professional manner in order that a high level of quality service is upheld at all times
• Any other sales, marketing related, and administration duties to be assigned from time to time.

Location

The work will be carried out in Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia but the responsibilities may extend to include assignments in other cities in Malaysia.
