Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Supply Chain/Engineering or any field may be required
• Minimum 1-2 years experience Procurement in Manufacturing field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing purchasing plans, procedures and ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, timeless, and terms of purchase
• Analyze market trends, negotiate prices, and implement costs saving strategies to optimize the procurement process and minimize costs
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely and reliable delivery
• Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, and lead time required for manufacturing and anticipation of new order
• Deal with suppliers on any quality issues, product replacement, product sample request and pricing discussions
• Ensure that purchased good and services meet quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections/audit when necessary
• Maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
