Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing strategy to generate lead, grow pipeline & build brand awareness 
• Identify and test paid and unpaid channels to reach the desired audience  
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and SEA marketing 
• Create content strategy & material for our website & social media platforms 
• Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with strategic goals 
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results 
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitors 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, and incorporate them into marketing strategies as appropriate 
• Collaborate with other departments, such as account servicing, creative and product development, to ensure seamless communication and to accelerate growth 
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• 4+ years experience or above in digital marketing, ideally in B2B marketing in a fast-paced scale-up 
• Strong experience in organic & paid advertising (SEM, SEO, Social) with proven track record of lead generation 
• Experience in copywriting, content creation & branding 
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to generate leads 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Flexible & positive can-do attitude thriving in a fast-paced environment 
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) would be an advantage  
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.
