Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Product Knowledge:

• Understand BYD’s product lineup, features, and benefits.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Educate customers about electric vehicles and BYD's technology.

Sales Process:

• Guide customers from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Present pricing, financing options, and complete sales documentation.

Customer Service:

• Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist with service appointments and follow-up on service satisfaction.

Sales Targets:

• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Contribute to sales strategies and promotional activities.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales, finance, and service departments.
• Share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of the automotive industry and EV market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
