Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
•  Overcome objections and effectively communicate the value propositions of our offerings.
• Qualify leads and determine their potential for conversion into sales opportunities.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and sales.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of sales campaigns and tactics.

Skill Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or above
• Welcome FRESH GRADUATED 
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Strong sales orientation and result-driven mindset
• Good listening and analytical skills to understand and address customer needs.
• Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills
