What will you do?

As Senior Executive, you are the main point of contact between operation team and head office finance team, providing strong financial and operation support to the Management team of the Company.

Finance and Management Reporting

• Work closely with the Head of F&B to ensure accurate and timely management reporting and year end reporting are submitted to HQ
• Responsible for inventory and cost management including monthly stock take.
• Produce, analyze and document financial reports, cash flow and profit projections to generate reports that accurately reflect the Company’s business and financial performance.
• Assist the Management in setting annual budget and tracking of sales revenue and expenditure budget.
• Assist and provide input in the development and execution of financial and operation policies and procedures to ensure that the Company complies with statutory and financial regulations and HQ’s policies.
• Manage and maintain the accounts receivables and accounts payable and accounts system to ensure accurate and timely collections, payments as well as records of all income and expenditures
• Examine and verify all revenue and expenses transactions, records and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports for management
• Assist in legal and commercial documents preparation and assist in credit control and management.
• Administer all financial and operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or similar
• Professional Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance of full set accounts / in hospitality industry
• Familiar with accounting system - Xero, SQL, Bukku and Point of Sales (POS) system  and Property Management System (PMS).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Enthusiastic about learning and working in a team, and able to work independently
• Self-motivated, self-starter, dedicated, meticulous, organized
• you will be based at HQ and 1 day week per travel to KL office
