Penerangan Pekerjaan - Business Development Executive

  • Roles and responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management

  1. Develop Content: Create engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and business goals, including blog posts, articles, white papers, and case studies.
  2. Content Scheduling and rollout: Plan and schedule the release of content across various platforms to maximize reach and impact.
  3. Marketing Materials: Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns that effectively communicate the company’s offerings and value propositions.

Publicity and promotional activities

  1. Seminars and talks: Organize and promote seminars, workshops, and talks that position the company as an industry leader and build brand awareness.
  2. Advertisements campaigns: Develop and execute advertising campaigns across various media platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast.
  3. Public Relations: Engage in public relations efforts to enhance the company's public profile through media mentions, press releases, and public appearances.

Video and Photography

  1. Video Production: Plan and produce video content, including corporate training videos, promotional clips, and informational videos.
  2. Videography: Handle the filming of training events, interviews, and other business activities.
  3. Video Editing: Edit video content to create polished final products that are ready for publication and distribution.
  4. Photography: Take high-quality photos at events, and for promotional purposes, managing all aspects from shooting to editing.

Social Media and Networking

  1. Social Media Management: Manage and monitor the company’s social media profiles, creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement data to refine social media strategies.
  2. Networking Sessions: Organize and participate in networking events that enhance business relationships and build new partnerships.
  3. Community Engagement: Engage with online and offline communities relevant to the business to foster relationships and enhance business opportunities.

General Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance the company's market presence and drive business growth.
  2. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of content and marketing strategies, using data to drive decisions and improve results.
  3. Budget Management: Manage budgets allocated for content creation, marketing materials, advertising, and events to ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Requirements
  1. Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in fields of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  2. Minimum requirements of 1 – 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, content creation, or a similar role in a related industry with hands-on experience with video and photo editing software, and content management systems.
  3. Strong ability to produce a wide range of content, including written articles, video scripts, and marketing copy.
  4. Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, including digital advertising, social media marketing, and public relations.
  5. Proficient in videography and video editing, competent in handling photography equipment and familiar with software editing tools.
  6. Skilled in managing multiple social media platforms, understanding of analytics tools, and ability to engage with a digital audience effectively.
  7. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception through to execution and analysis.
  8. Possesses verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu to articulate training programs and engage effectively with all stakeholders.
  10. Possess strong organizational skills, high attention to details, creative and innovative, time management ability, problem solving abilities, and the ability to handle priorities in fast pace environment
  11. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  12. Proactive and resourceful approach to work, anticipating needs and self-assertive
  13. Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships, attending industry events, and actively participating in relevant communities.
