Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account cum Admin

Task and Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or spreadsheets. Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.
  • Managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
  • Reconciling bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinating with banks, auditors and tax agent etc. during financial audits and providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Monitoring cash flow and ensuring sufficient funds for operational needs handle petty cash and claims.
Administrative Responsibilities :
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments or teams within the organization. This may include data entry, document preparation, and other ad hoc tasks as needed

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting and admin roles.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with Autocount accounting software, good in MS excel and MS word.
  • Good command of English in writing and speaking.
  • Mandarin speaking is added advantage.
