The Role

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide front desk reception duties includes handling of all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
  • Collect, receive, and distribute all incoming mails and courier items.
  • Meeting room arrangement.
  • Maintain tidiness of the reception area.
  • Maintain and upkeep of office facilities, and office housekeeping.
  • Liaising with suppliers such as printing, company uniforms, and stationery etc.
  • To order and arrange of corporate meal.
  • Liaise with suppliers and order of drinking water.
  • Ensure and maintain cleanliness of the pantry.
  • Arranging for office supplier service.
  • Liaise with KLCC building management.
  • To order and stock up of pantry item.
  • To supervise cleaner on office cleaning.
  • To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Ideal Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma.
  • 1 year of administration of related experience.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.
  • Able to start work immediately.
