Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:- -To provide general administrative support and clerical activities. -Develop and maintain a filing system -Maintain and update relevant data and records -Update minutes of meeting on weekly basis  -Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, printing and editing of the valuation report and other relevant documents for submission to the bank, etc. -To be responsible for monitoring and ordering the printing materials and office supplies for department  You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by the Branch Manager [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-nawawi-tie-leung-property-consultants-sdn-bhd-job-admin-assistant-johore] -Candidate must possess at least Diploma level and above -At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field  -Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa -Responsible, proactive, polite and pleasant personality -A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office  -Preferably Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent -5 working days (Mon – Fri)
