ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER (CHINA OPERATIONS)

• To oversee the all aspects of Group's finance including taxation, cash flow, budgets.
• To prepare Group's financial forecasts and reports for Directors.
• To review Group's financial performance; SOP, PNP
• To conduct frequent financial review checks for China operations.
• Maintain a healthy cash flow account necessary for the smooth financial operation of the Group.
• Prepares the necessary consolidated accounts and reports needed for the review of the operations of the Group.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors' Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. Preferably with professional qualification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CIMA, ACCA & etc.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in hotel or building management.
• Mature personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel to China.
