WHY JOIN US?We practice a vibrant & energetic office culture.We provide opportunities for career advancement within the company.Good performance is always rewarded accordingly.“”JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan, execute & manage both PayTV (sports) and sooka acquisition campaigns for all sales channels from Online, OMNI, retail and direct salesAnalyse market trends, identify new opportunities and propose initiatives to drive purchase intent.Identify partnership opportunities with relevant consumer brands and assist in planning and executing campaigns.Analyse and evaluate market research data & potential addressable markets to identify opportunities & gaps.Monitor & track the execution of campaigns and review proposed initiatives to deliver set targets.Support the creation of campaigns to increase the relevancy and recognition of Astro & sooka via digital media, influencer marketing, traditional media or any mediums and brainstorm how these concepts can be extended into PR and organic social to maximize earned media.Map out the end-to-end logistics & processes required to launch successful campaigns.Assist in tracking dashboard, sales efforts, performance metrics, marketing campaigns consumer feedback, customer satisfaction measures.Prepare management reports.To execute digital boosting and analyze media spend for tactical/ digital campaigns.Oversee social management and respond to comments/questions pertaining to promotions, etc.Create and maintain a content calendar and digital posting schedule.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, advertising or related fieldStrategic thinker with excellent planning, communication and presentation skills
