Business and Clinical Associate (1 position)

• Position equivalent to Sales Executive
• Territory coverage: Northern (Perak)
• Portfolio: Injectables (e.g., HA injection, PRP), Cartilage Therapeutics (Implant)
• Reporting to Business and Clinical Manager based at Central, KL

Job Responsibilities

• Marketing and promotion of assigned product(s) to achieve or surpass sales targets
• Making sales calls, detailing and updating medical professionals on assigned product(s)
• Assist and advice clinicians for product’s optimal usage during procedure at designated facility, such as operation theatre, ward, etc.
• Manage hospital listings through effective relationship and information management with hospital pharmacy administration, purchasing departments, drug committee members, etc.
• Identify and increase key opportunities in existing and new accounts
• Work closely with Business & Clinical Manager on marketing and promotional activities and sales planning/ implementation
• Manage stock inventory through active monitoring of consignment stocks and collecting details of stock usage for invoicing and replenishment purposes
• Billing, collection of payment from customers & arrangement for logistic

Job Requirements:

• Not afraid of blood and sharps (needles)
• Able to travel and possess own transport
• Good command of English and Malay language (Mandarin/Hokkien is an added advantage)
• Interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills
• Preferably a year of  medical sales  experience (pharma, medical device, implant, nutrition & supplement)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
