A well-known company is looking for a seasoned HR leader to partner the CEO, up to 80k

Your new company

This company is a well-known diversified business with a strong presence in the market. They are looking for a strategic HR leader to join their team, up to 80k.

Your new role

This role is a business partner to the CEO, driving the overall HR strategy in line with business direction. You will be tasked with change management tasks such as organisational restructuring, transformation, cost optimisation, surpluses, role enhancement and more. You are also expected to elevate the existing HR roadmap beyond the routine and operational focus, building the strategy on top of numbers and analytics. As a CHRO, you are also tasked to sit in the Senior Leadership team, managing a Board of Directors and the NRC.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

Background sitting at senior leadership team for at least 8 years

Hands-on change management & transformation experience

Existing Board of Directors & NRC relationship
