Penerangan Pekerjaan - Education Advisor

Job Responsibility
  • Provide the best advice/ information to new customers on which services / packages suitable to them.
  • Help and guide customers to solve their problem regarding the enrollment process of new students/ existing customers.
  • Able to publish the new promotion poster to the customers & new prospects.
  • Able to maintain a good relationship with the customers.
  • Able to get feedback from customers consistently.
Job Requirements
  • The applicant must have a UPSR/ PT3/ SPM/ STPM/ Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • The applicant must have interest / willingness to learn about promotion & handling customers.
  • Positive attitude, energetic and friendly to students/ customers.
  • The applicant does not smoke.
