Penerangan Pekerjaan - Event Sales Advisor

Job Responsibility Sales And Marketing
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our glamping and Airbnb services.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Client Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Organize and attend client meetings, both on-site and off-site.
Event Planning And Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Oversee the booking process, including reservations, invoicing, and follow-up.
Market Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Analyze competitorsâ offerings and strategies.
Performance Tracking
  • Track key account metrics and sales performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and achievements.
Job Requirements We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Event Sales Executive to join our team at Stellar Golden Hill, a leader in the glamping and Airbnb industry. This role is crucial for enhancing our event sales strategies and ensuring the successful planning and execution of events at our luxurious retreats, including our renowned site in Cameron Highlands. Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, glamping, or Airbnb industry.
  • Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality and events market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
