As the General Manager for Finance & Treasury, you will be responsible to lead the finance team, to oversee all finance operations and treasury / funding matters.

Description

• Possess Bachelors in Finance/Accounting and/or Professionally Qualified (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW and etc)
• Must possess industry expertise in property development or construction
• Finance Scope : Financial reporting, management reporting, bursa, group reporting, consolidation, taxation, cash flow and other accounting matters
• Treasury Scope : Banking facilities, loan application, project financing, fund raising, other corporate finance related matters
• Strong leadership expertise
• Ideally possess communication skills in Mandarin

• Strong communication skills
• Malaysian, ideally based in Petaling Jaya
• Property / Construction industry experience
