Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities:

Foreign Worker Division

• Handle all related documentation related to foreign worker.
• Handle all matters to the process of foreign workers such as application of Calling VDR, FOMEMA, Renew PLKS LEVI, Insurances, Passport, and Permit renewal, and all related documents.
• Liaise with various local authorities (Labour Dept, Immigration, MOHR, MOHA,NOF, FWCMS,MYEG).

Generalist

• Handle the execution of HR functions including Recruitment and selection, Payroll Administration, Training Development, Employee Relations, and Orientation programs.
• To assist in departmental yearly job performance or job confirmation review.
• To prepare promotion letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, memos for any announcement from Management, and other HR-related letters.
• To update employee personal records and ensure proper filing on all HR-related files.
• Handling all employee inquiries & and grievances. Dispute settlements according to labor law and government compliance.
• Liaise with government authorities (SOSCO, EPF, Income Tax, IR Department, Labor Department & etc) concerning monthly contribution, deduction, form submission.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in human resources, Management, or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates with internship experiences are encouraged to apply.
