Plantation Operation Coordinator

• Possess the ability to formulate and plan budgets, quality control, and financial functions.
• Monitor, control and evaluate all plantation activities to ensure implementation in accordance with the work plan and budget that have been established and in accordance with the strategic plan of the company.
• Identify and recommend improvements in the management of the plantation and lead the implementation of improvements so as to improve the overall performance of the plantation.
• Monitor and control the implementation of operational activities and the use of the budget periodically to ensure activities are conducted in accordance with the work plan and budget.
• Coordinate between Plantation Manager & Headquarter office.
• Assist in developing and managing the overall operation of the coconut plantation and plan for future plantation development. 
• Handle and attend to all sales, purchases, Human Resources, Workers and payment-related matters for the Plantation. 
• Undertake any other duties related/arising within the context of the project. 
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in running coconut and/or oil palm estates.
• Accounting acknowledgment is an added advantage.
