As the company continues to grow, we need more talented candidates to join our humble team. Job Description: As a Brand Advisor, you're an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You are responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. Candidates must have a passion for fashion, able to communicate well with customer. You will be responsible for all in store and expected to contribute towards the achievement of sales target. Area of responsibilities: Consistently treat all customers with respect. Seek out and engage with customer to drive sales. To prepare daily content for Instagram. Handle all customer interactions and potential issues professionally. Execute operational processes efficiently. Willing to work on weekend and during Public Holiday (if necessary). What are we looking for? Candidates must possess a minimum Diploma level education or Higher Have at least 1-3 year of working experience preferably in a retail sales or fashion environment added an advantage.
