Key Responsibilities
• Sort out core business needs to build standard business rules and processes to lower business risks based on our various business models and evolvements

• Establish rule frameworks and strategies for quick re-application

• Coordinate between different functional teams to establish and maintain processes and mechanisms

• Responsible for process optimization and mechanism improvement, accumulate work methodology and platform tools

• Carry out daily process inspection and monitor the efficiency of the existing processes based on data analysis

• Detect and resolve the process problems in time, continuously optimizing process products

• Identify risks and business changes through indicator monitoring and data analysis

• Collaborate with multiple functional teams to provide business and product solutions and risk-response plans to ensure business development without risk or with low risk
Qualification
• Bachelor degree or above with 5 years working experience on process or risk management

• Professional project management skill, strong cross-team coordination abilities, good at process management and results delivery

• Possess logical thinking, quick to learn and able to provide good insights to influence others and drive projects

• Ability to adapt to changes quickly and work independently

• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
