- Establish contacts and liaise with users -Follow-up on sales enquiries. -Technical and commercial support to customers, including proposing the right and cost effective product according to customers’ application. -Learn and understand in-depth company's products and services. -Perform technical demonstration, presentation and training. -Attend after-sales support calls and service activities. -Perform in-office and on-site assembly and testing services. -Follow up on account receivable. -Preparing costing and quotation to customers. -Travel domestically for sales purposes.
