Sales Engineer - Automation

Summary of essential job functions and responsibilities:

•    Manage sales and execution of Automation to ensure customer requirements are met and the company benefits.

•    Conduct sales activities and market analysis reporting.

•    Perform project sales calculations.
•    Negotiate with customers.
•    Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical equipment and systems 
•    Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
•    Engineering, troubleshoot and commissioning of automation, control and SCADA system Hydro Electric Power Plant
•    Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of automation, control and SCADA system to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
•    Conduct field surveys write reports regarding existing and potential automation, control and SCADA system studies and projects.
•    Technical support during pre-project, project execution phase and after sales.

Basic Qualifications:
•    Having 5 - 10 years of proven experience at the same field and company’s business line
•    Must possess at least bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering from Reputable University with minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scale)
•    Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Project Fluent in English and Malay, both oral and written
•    Willingness to travel within Malaysia
•    Able to work independently
•    Having knowledge on ISO & OHSAS will be an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Knowledge of Hydropower Plants is an advantage
•    Ability to be able to operate with minimal supervision
•    Good written and verbal communication skills.
