Responsibilities:Assist in managing a portfolio of product categories, ensuring a well balanced assortment that meets customer needs and aligns with company objectives.Developing and implementing assortment plans based on market trends, sales data, and customer feedback, to optimize product mix and drive sales growth.Monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sell-through rates, and implementing replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize out-of-stocks and overstock situations.Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform merchandising decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and warehouse, to ensure alignment and execution of merchandising initiatives and promotional campaigns. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach Responsibilities Experience Education
