Position Overview: As the Export Market Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our presence in SEA markets. You will manage relationships with distributors, oversee logistics, and analyze market trends to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of global trade dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute export strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration in target regions.

2. Identify new market opportunities and evaluate their potential for expansion, conducting thorough market research and analysis.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key stakeholders in target markets.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment of export initiatives with overall business objectives.

5. Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements with international partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

6. Manage export logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

7. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities for the business.

8. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights into export performance and market developments.

9. Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade laws in all activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in export management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, candidates from automotive field will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of international trade practices, customs regulations, and export documentation.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, with fluency in English and Mandarin language
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
