As the Senior Executive responsible for Trade Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting your superiors in managing programs and activities to increase the engagement level with our retail customers. Below is a synopsis of your job functions:-Developing and executing promotion plans and trade programs for all our key accounts and retail channels.-Assist and support in conducting market analysis to collate, analyse and review retail channels performance regularly to provide recommendations for performance improvement. -Working closely with the brand marketing team to propose trade marketing plan for new product launches, existing product lines, key offline campaigns and events.-Conduct regular market visits to understand brand positioning within the channels and identify ways to improve brand visibility and merchandising. -Assist in the management of trade marketing budget to ensure efficient spending to meet business objectives.-Collate, analyse and review retail channels performance regularly to provide recommendations for performance improvement. Your responsibilities will require you to collaborate and communicate extensively with various stakeholders from both internally within the Company or group of companies and externally with our business partners.  [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-nippon-paint-m-sdn-bhd-job-senior-executive-trade-marketing-retail]
 Background:-Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Business. Those with Engineering and Sciences background are encouraged to apply. Experience:-Possess minimum of 5 years of working experience in the area of Trade Marketing.-Experience in sales, e-commerce, trade marketing, category development or any other related areas.Knowledge and Skill:-Commercial savvy and have sound understanding of the business and indust-Sound knowledge on channel segmentation and product categories. -Excellent command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.-Good presentation skills and possess strong self-confidence and able to carry out presentation to a large crowd. Personal trait:Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.-Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging yet fun environment.-A highly-motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details.-A good team player.-Able to work with minimal supervision and at times independently.-Possess pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with all levels.
