To do this our system crunches lots of data such as from assessments and 360 feedback sessions and produces insights. Among our customers are banks, telcos, and e-hailing services.   Role Description Accendo is currently in search of a seasoned (Senior) Software Engineer to elevate our engineering capabilities. In a nutshell, our system diagnoses talents for their skills, benchmarks them against requirements and prescribes best ways to grow.   Your role is crucial in building scalable and reliable applications. By leveraging the latest technologies, you will contribute to the development of robust, scalable and easily maintainable systems. * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable and secure software solutions.
* Be a role model and relentless advocate for highest code quality, conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback that helps junior engineers grow.
* Actively participate in architectural discussions and wholeheartedly embrace and promote decisions (regardless of whether it is your preferred solution).
* Collaborate effectively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives during scrum ceremonies.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in HR technology. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new tools and frameworks to enhance product functionality, reliability, security and performance.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

* Take ownership of your projects. Your manager and the rest of the team are here to support you.   What we require * Experience in backend technologies such as PHP, Laravel framework, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
* Experience in frontend technologies such as Javascript, React, Mobx and frontend build tools.
* Excellent understanding of software design patterns and software development principles.
* University degree in engineering.
* A self-driven lifelong learner, with high agility yet consistent in getting stuff done.
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
