With EXPERIENCE will be prioritize. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate event appointments by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential clients to attend our weekend Hotel Event. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s enquiries and concern in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Cold call client using a given phone directory to invite for our weekend Hotel Events
• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
• Use scripts to provide correct informations about the invitation
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s concern 
• Persuade the customer to attend our weekend Hotel Event
• Go the “extra mile” to meet department's booking, appointments and turn-ups
• Keep records of calls and record useful information

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Benefits:

• LOA will be issued on 1st Day Work
• Basic of RM 2,500.00 per month.
