Job Responsibility - This unit group covers business services and administration.
In such cases tasks would include â
- Providing administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advice to senior management on matters such as the management of building facilities and administrative services;
- Developing and managing the organizationâs administrative and physical resources;
- Developing and implementing administrative and procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organization;
- Analysing complex resource management issues and initiatives that affect the organization, and preparing associated reports, correspondence and submissions;
- daily operations;

- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
