Unit Trust Operations Executive

The applicant for this role will be the main administrator to manage the unit trust operations and transactions to ensure an accurate data pool pertaining to the unit trust funds for further usage.

Description

• Perform meticulous documentation completion checks for all transactions.
• Proactively identify and address any incomplete submissions by liaising with submission counters, conducting follow-ups, or rejecting incomplete submissions as necessary.
• Monitor the online submission portal, ensuring smooth transition of data and meticulous reconciliation of input and output.
• Execute system processes including uploading and downloading data, particularly pertaining to Unit Trust fund prices.
• Manage regular savings transactions by monitoring billing dates and dispatching bills to banks in a timely manner.
• Verify the completeness of redemption documents and process accordingly.
• Ensure timely delivery of final outputs to customers by generating transaction reports and coordinating with the printing department for dispatch to customers.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or Economics
• 1 year of working experience in operations field is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Independent and detailed in system processing.
• Committed to ensure a quality delivery.
• Good in English communication skills verbal and written.
• Meticulous and high attention to detail.
