JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 
• Calculate Takaful plan and prepare Quotation to the prospective clients.
• Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Distribute policy proceeds after a claim is submitted and approved.
• Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients' personal risk profiles.
• Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
• Track insurance claims to ensure client and company satisfaction.
• Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies.
• Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.
To establish own circles of connections through various avenue such as walk-in customers and online customers.
Assist on customers' requests and concerns promptly and accurately.
Ensure proper communication with the Management on customers' feedback.
To follow up on certificate issuance to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications:
SPM/STPM, Diploma. Degree, Master. 
TBE License holder are encourage to apply.

Requirements:
Freshie - fresh graduates in Sales and Marketing, Islamic Compliance, Business Study, Other courses , Ex takaful insurance agent, retiree bankers and insurance retiree with TBE licenses are welcome to apply.
Age from 20 – 50 years old.
