Job Description
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Present financial performance and key metrics to management
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Financial Management:
- Lead and supervise the finance team, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Manage the general ledger (GL) and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
Audit Coordination:
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Implement audit recommendations to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree and above in Accounting, Accounting and Finance field.
2. At least 6 years relevant experience and more than 3 years of experience in the same position of hotel management.
3. Master hotel/real estate related financial and treasury professional knowledge.
4. Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and team work.
5. Excellent capability of MS Office.
6. Proficience in Mandarin and English reading and writing.
7. A self-starter, proactive, meticulous, well organized and possess strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills.
