Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver personalized skin consultations and express sensory rituals for walk-ins and VIP guests.
2. Build authentic client relationships and drive boutique targets through consultative storytelling across skincare, body, and fragrance.
3. Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards, handle cashiering (POS/CRM), and assist with inventory management.

Requirements

1. Prior front-facing experience in beauty retail, luxury fashion, wellness/spa, or premium hospitality.
2. Confident, warm communicator with a polished, professional grooming standard.
3. Passionate about hands-on demonstrations and skincare ingredients.
