Penerangan Pekerjaan - Call Center (Agent)

Key Roles (Primary Job Responsibilities & Duties):

* Ability to do incoming calls, cold calling and respond to customer’s Chat / Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn / Cold calling.

* Management and resolve customer complaints.

* Sell products and place customers orders in the computer system.

* Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.

* Provide product and service information to customers.

* Get lead Name & Number New customer/ Referral/ Repeat customer.

* Call center reports Daily-Weekly.

* Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in timely manner.

* Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

* Identify customer “needs”, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and alternatives.

* Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.

* Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

* Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in comprehensive way.

* Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

* Ability to do getting online lead generations. Inbound/outbound.

* Perform constant acquisition of new prospect and turn them into regular clients. This includes ability to conduct sales marketing and prospecting at online sites.

* Ability to demonstrate excellent customer and client management skills in conducting re-selling, up-selling as well as ensuring customer satisfaction with the KURE products.
