Finance Controller - Hiring Urgently

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate Group of Companies Financial Report
• Overseeing day to day operation/ duties of the finance department
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing reports.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Financial Statement, Report, Forecast, Product Costing, Analysis as required by management.
• Establish, Maintain and Coordinate the implementation of Accounting Procedure
• Budgeting: Collaborate in the budgeting process, monitoring expenses against budgets.
• Audit & Tax Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations, and preparation of tax returns
• Compliance: Stay updated on financial & tax regulations and ensure adherence to accounting & tax standards.
• Liaise & Communicate with Different Departments, and external parties such as government bodies, bankers etc.
• Interim Work that assigned by Superior

Qualifications:

• Professional certification MIA is required [Malaysia Institute of Accountants]
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive thinking and Self-motivated
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Past working experiences in Public Listed Company is a plus point.
