Nutritionist

Job Descriptions:

• Customer relationship management includes attending to consumer needs, concerns & complaints and to provide general health knowledge on a timely manner 
• Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers
• Provide nutritional advice and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the customers via producing newsletters and/ or online health talk
• Acquire and get updated on product knowledge and market trend
• Perform market research, product surveying and product testing
• Provide nutritional training and briefing to the team
• Assist in company activities, e.g. Roadshows, exhibitions, expo, health talk, etc.
• Check on nutrient guideline with Ministry of Health (MOH) for any new product development
• Manage Company’s website, Facebook, Instagram, members club or other social media
• Giving talk/ presentation on company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, retailers and product advisors
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Degree in Nutrition/ Dietetics or equivalent
• Minimum 2 – 3 years experiences, preferably in FMCG industries
• Required skill(s): Interpersonal skills, Computer Literate
• Analytical, decisive and committed in achieving company preset objectives
• Develop and propose innovative ideas for company
• Dare to try new ideas at all times
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Possess own transport
