We are looking to hire a versatile Site Clerk / Document Controller to join our collaborative team at Chin Hin Group Property Berhad in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description

  • Maintain and organize project documentation including drawings, permits, contracts, and reports.
  • Update and distribute project documents as needed, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Serve as a liaison between site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management.
  • Communicate project updates, schedules, and deadlines to relevant parties.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to the project.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material deliveries, workforce attendance and ISO documentation related.
  • Assist in tracking project expenses, invoices, and budgetary allocations.
  • Generate regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other site personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in business administration, civil engineering, construction management or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a clerk or administrative assistant, preferably in a construction or project-based environment
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, documentation, and processes is a plus.
