Penerangan Pekerjaan - Marketing & Admin Assistant

Gallant Guard Services is looking for a motivated, energetic and career-driven individual to join our team under the PROTÉGÉ Programme as a Marketing & Admin Assistant.

This opportunity is specially designed for fresh graduates who are eager to gain real industry exposure and hands-on experience in:

  1. Marketing
  2. Business Development
  3. Tender & Proposal Preparation
  4. Corporate Administration
  5. Client Coordination & Documentation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Business Development Support

  1. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, company profiles and tender documents.
  2. Support business development activities including client follow-ups and vendor registration.
  3. Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations and reports.
  4. Conduct research on potential clients and business opportunities.
  5. Coordinate meetings, appointments and site visits with clients.
  6. Assist in maintaining customer and project databases.

Administrative Support

  1. Manage filing, documentation and data entry tasks.
  2. Assist in preparing official letters, emails and internal reports.
  3. Coordinate with operations, HR and finance departments when required.
  4. Monitor deadlines for submissions, tenders and documentation.
  5. Handle general office administrative duties and support daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Malaysian citizen.
  2. Open exclusively to fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  3. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
  7. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  8. Strong interest in marketing, business development and administration.
