Sales and Marketing Executive

This position is BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION, monthly income can be up to RM25000.00

Position Overview:

We seek a proficient Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at the recruitment agency. The sales and marketing executive will be responsible for business promotion and market expansion. The Executive will devise and implement sales plans, establish connections with potential clients, drive sales of company services, and conduct market research and competitive analysis. We expect you to bring innovative thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the sales and marketing domain.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.
2. Research industry trends, conduct market analysis, and competitor research to provide practical recommendations for company business development.
3. Expand new client resources, establish cooperative relationships with potential clients, and maintain existing client relationships.
4. Assist recruitment consultants in ensuring client needs align with candidate profiles.
5. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, to enhance company visibility and attract potential clients.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the recruitment or related industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated sales skills, including building rapport, negotiating effectively, and closing deals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends is a plus.
