Roles and Responsibilities:

• Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings.
• Actively present the company’s offerings and secure funds from potential and existing clients.
• Create appointments to meet, represent, and negotiate with potential clients, providing prompt services to assist customers during and after sales.
• Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to engage with existing and potential clients.
• Manage and maintain rapport with potential and existing clients.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Provide excellent after-sales services to clients.
• Identify external sales agents and collaborate with them.
• Monitor external sales agents’ performance in achieving sales targets.
• Assist the Client Relations Director in achieving sales targets and business growth through sales and fieldwork.
• Participate in events and functions as determined by the company.
• Assist with organizing events and functions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and overall business objectives.
• Actively promote the company and investment opportunities locally and internationally.
• Actively participate in company activities and trainings.
• Actively generate referrals from third parties.
• Build client data through research and trade show visits to expand the customer base.
• Constantly maintain and update the contact list, sales funnel, client database, and sales activities.
• Perform other duties as needed in the true spirit of teamwork.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
