Full-Time Content Creator & Producer

Role: Full-Time Content Creator & Producer:
As a Full-Time Content Creator & Producer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our brand, our marketing and how people see and interact with Purpose.
 

Summary:
You should be talented and experienced in developing engaging and compelling video and photo content across our various customer engagement platforms and social media. You must have a deep understanding of the sportswear industry, with strong creativity, and the ability to produce high-quality video and photo content that aligns with our brand’s voice and values. 

This role requires a mix of strategy, videography, photography, editing and execution, focused on social media, posts, management, and other video and photo content marketing initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Production (Video & Photo):
   • Edit, shoot and produce edit high-quality, original content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and our websites.
   • Edit and publish engaging videos and images that resonate with our target audience.
   • Work with pros, influencers, brand ambassadors, and other athletes to produce and edit authentic and relatable content.
   • Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual style across all content.
      
2. Content Strategy:
   • Develop and execute a content strategy that enhances brand awareness and engagement whether independently or collaboration with the marketing team
   • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ content strategies to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
   • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content projects.
   • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
      
3. Content Analysis:
   • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, and adjust content strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
   • Generate reports to provide insights into content and marketing performance.
   • Identify opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
      

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in the sportswear or fitness industry
• Proven strength in content production work showcasing a variety of video and photo content and formats
• Proficiency in content creation and editing using various video editing tools and software on both mobile and desktop
• Extremely proficient in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other video platforms and best practices
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong video & photography and editing skills
