Customer Service - Tenant Relationship - Urgent Hire

Key responsibilities:

Create Tenancy Agreements:
Draft, review, and execute tenancy agreements in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all lease documentation.

Rental Collections from Tenants:
Oversee the timely and accurate collection of rental payments from tenants. Implement and manage efficient rent payment systems.

Follow up for Extended Tenancy:
Proactively communicate with tenants to discuss lease renewal options. Facilitate the extension process, ensuring smooth transitions and updated documentation.

Attend Tenant Inquiries:
Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns. Provide timely and professional responses to address tenant needs and maintain positive relationships.

Handling Maintenance Reports:
Receive and process maintenance requests from tenants. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
